Job description
Role Description

This is a contract-based, on-site Hostess position located in Dubai. As a Hostess, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive. Your core responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations, organising the waiting list, and escorting guests to their designated tables while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to their visit.

In addition to front-of-house duties, you may also handle incoming phone inquiries, provide accurate information about the venue, update and monitor seating plans, and support the flow of service by coordinating closely with waitstaff, supervisors, and management. Maintaining clear communication and staying attentive to guest needs will be essential to ensuring seamless daily operations.

This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm, friendly, and approachable in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, polished presentation, and genuine passion for hospitality will help you succeed and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
