Job summary

A prominent hospitality group in Dubai is seeking a Hospitality Auditor to ensure consistent delivery of brand standards across locations.   • Ensure FOH manuals and SOPs are followed and accessible.

The Hospitality Auditor ensures consistent delivery of brand and guest experience standards across INDPT through Experience Quality audits, spot checks, and CAPA closure follow-ups. The role focuses on evaluating FOH/guest journey performance, cleanliness and maintenance perception, service sequence execution, staff conduct, and customer complaint handling.

Key Requirements:

  • A) Conduct EQ Audits
    • Perform Experience Quality audits using approved EQ checklists.
    • Cover:
      • Guest journey and experience flow
      • Greeting, order taking, service sequence, farewell
      • Staff conduct, grooming, and presence
      • Cleanliness perception (FOH + BOH interface)
      • Hygiene practices affecting guest perception
      • Brand presentation & merchandising compliance
  • B) Documentation & Reporting
    • Document findings clearly and objectively (facts, not opinions).
    • Provide photo evidence when required.
    • Issue reports within 24–48 hours, including:
      • summary status
      • key gaps
      • corrective action requirements
  • C) Follow-up
    • Verify the completion of corrective actions during follow-up visits.
    • Track recurring issues and highlight trends to the EQ Supervisor.
  • D) Guest Experience Checks
    • Support management in identifying service gaps and guest pain points
    • Provide real-time coaching feedback to shift teams when appropriate.
  • E) Support Standardization
    • Ensure FOH manuals and SOPs are followed and are accessible.
    • Support implementation of updated standards across locations.
