• At least 2-3 years' insurance experience in a hospital, insurance, or TPA's setting.
• At least 2 years' experience in managing/supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Managing the insurance team at business unit level.
• Daily operational management of the insurance function.
• Manage and monitor all processes, including compliance with payer audits.
• Provide relevant training to ensure knowledge transfer.

Skills

Client service and related management principles

ICD-10CM, CPT, HCPCS, CDT, DSL

Knowledge of Funders and related processes

Medical terminology

Verbal and written communication skills in English

Education

A formal clinical or coding qualification

MBBS or Physiotherapy qualification
