Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Nurse with an Abu Dhabi nursing qualification to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing patient-centered care in a homecare setting and be willing to relocate to various areas within Abu Dhabi as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing wound care.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and their families on managing their health conditions and using medical equipment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license or Eligibilitywith Abu Dhabi qualification (DHA or DOH).
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
