About the Role:

In the role as a Helper within GMGs Everyday Goods division you will be assisting in supporting pre-sales activities within the HORECA sector. Reporting to the Sales Executive the Helper is responsible for loading unloading and organizing goods for delivery ensuring the accurate handling of products. This role is vital to maintaining efficient logistics operations supporting the sales team and ensuring that GMGs products are ready for timely distribution to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in loading and unloading goods preparing them for delivery to HORECA clients.
  • Handle products with care to prevent damage and organize items systematically for smooth delivery.
  • Collaborate with drivers and sales staff to ensure correct quantities are loaded per order specifications.
  • Check inventory before and after loading to verify accuracy.
  • Assist in managing warehouse stock by notifying supervisors of low inventory levels and restocking as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in loading areas ensuring equipment like pallets and carts are in proper working order.
  • Assist the driver in verifying product counts and ensuring accurate deliveries per client requests.
  • Report any issues encountered during loading unloading or delivery to the Sales Executive for transparency and accountability.
