We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Middle East. As a Healthcare Project Manager you will play a crucial role in planning, executing and overseeing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Manage project budgets and financial resources effectively.
• Manage business development activities including proposal development and active client relationship building.
• Manage and develop teams and contribute to creating a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or a related field, or Master's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Medical/Clinical, Biopharma or related field.
• Minimum of 6.5 years of relevant experience.
• Previous consulting experience of minimum of 3 years required.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex healthcare projects.
• Excellent understanding of the regional healthcare market including KSA, UAE and others.
• Proven project experience in one or more key healthcare and life sciences topics including but not limited to public health, population health management, value-based healthcare, health financing, healthcare operations, models of care, life sciences and pharma strategy, pharma localization and others.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross‑functional teams.
• Adaptability to work in a fast‑paced dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
