Qualifications

• Proven track record with successful project handovers encompassing at least 500 beds.
• Experience in specialized healthcare environments, particularly in oncology and maternity care.
• End-to-end project involvement from initial conception to final handover.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project schedules and assigned budgets.
• Enforce compliance of coordination procedures.
• Assist in resolving design issues per authorities regulations.
• Manage procurement RFPs for assigned projects.
• Provide support to junior team members.
• Attend meetings with external consultants.
