Job Description

• Compliance & System Implementation
  • Develop and implement a compliant Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) aligned with ADOSH‑SF.
  • Maintain legal compliance with Codes of Practice, Technical Guidelines, and Mechanisms under ADOSH‑SF.
• Risk Management & Safety Planning
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement control measures for high‑risk activities.
  • Develop and maintain Emergency Response Plans.
• Training & Awareness
  • Lead HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and specialized training programs.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture through awareness campaigns and incentive programs.
• Monitoring & Reporting
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
  • Conduct and lead investigations into incidents, accidents, and near‑mises, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions are documented and implemented.
• Stakeholder Coordination
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, ADM, ADPHC, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure subcontractor compliance with HSE standards and manage their integration into the OSHMS.

Preferred Skills and Competencies

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing multicultural HSE teams.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Familiarity with airport operational safety protocols and civil infrastructure logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent.
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification.
• Registered OSH Practitioner under ADOSH‑SF (or eligible for registration).
• Familiarity with EHSMS development, risk management, and contractor oversight under ADOSH‑SF.
• IOSH Certified Member (CertIOSH) as minimum.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in HSE management, with at least 5 years in large‑scale civil construction.
