Job Title : Wellness & Longevity Sales Consultant

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly knowledgeable and result-driven Wellness & Longevity Sales Consultant to manage and convert qualified inbound leads generated through Ad platforms and through events.

The role requires engaging with prospective clients, educating them on wellness, longevity, nutrition, functional medicine, and Eternal’s holistic healthcare services, and successfully converting them into counseling appointments and service enrollments at Eternal clinics.

This is not a generic telesales role, it demands domain expertise, consultative selling skills, and a strong understanding of preventive and longevity-focused healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities : Lead Management & Conversion

  • Handle 100% inbound leads generated via Meta and Instagram campaigns
  • Call, follow up, qualify, and nurture leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain structured follow-ups to maximize conversion ratios
  • Client Consultation & Education

Educate potential clients on:

  • Wellness & preventive healthcare
  • Longevity science and age-management solutions
  • Nutrition, gut health, functional medicine, and lifestyle medicine
  • Eternal’s clinic services, programs, and treatment offerings
  • Conduct telephonic consultations with a consultative and empathetic approach
  • Sales & Counseling Conversion
  • Convince and guide prospects to:
  • Book in-clinic or virtual counseling sessions
  • Enroll in Eternal’s wellness and longevity programs
  • Clearly communicate service benefits, outcomes, and value propositions

CRM & Reporting

  • Update all lead interactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
  • Achieve weekly and monthly counseling and revenue targets

Mandatory Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the wellness and longevity industry
  • Sound understanding of:
  • Nutrition & lifestyle medicine
  • Functional medicine concepts
  • Preventive healthcare and longevity programs
  • Proven experience in tele sales / inside sales / client acquisition
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills

Experience working with:

  • Prior experience handling digital marketing leads (Meta / Instagram / Google Ads)

Experience

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in wellness, healthcare, or consultative sales
  • Experience in Dubai or GCC markets is an advantage
