The ideal candidate must have a technical degree in Hospitality Management and two to four years of experience in food and beverage operations. The Head Waiter is responsible for supervising waiters, waitresses, and runners in designated sections, as well as serving customers to ensure their needs are met with high-quality service in a timely manner.
Technical degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Two to four years of experience in F&B Operations, or a similar role.
