Client: Luxury Hospitality / Event Operations Company

Location: Dubai, UAE (must be Dubai-based or willing to relocate)

Start: ASAP (urgent hire)

Renard International is supporting a leading luxury hospitality events & supplies operations company in Dubai in the search for a Head of Operations. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for driving operational excellence, managing people at scale, and ensuring flawless service delivery across warehouse, transport/logistics, and on-site execution.

You will lead a team of approximately 30+ operations staff (and growing), ensuring smooth daily operations, high standards, and strong client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and optimize day-to-day operations, logistics, transport, warehouse, and staffing functions
  • Own planning and execution of delivery/collection schedules, staff deployment, and operational readiness
  • Oversee warehouse standards, stock organization, safety procedures, and equipment readiness
  • Ensure timely cleaning, decommissioning, and return-to-stock readiness of event inventory
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure assets and equipment are serviced and event-ready
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and team development
  • Implement fair and efficient rostering/scheduling, balanced shift distribution, and labor planning
  • Maintain high execution standards on-site and ensure strong client communication and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Drive operational reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement across processes
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 10–15 years’ experience in operations leadership (events / hospitality / service-led operations preferred)
  • Strong background in warehouse operations, logistics, transport planning, and on-site execution
  • Proven experience leading teams of 20–40+ staff with the ability to scale operations
  • Mature, confident leader with strong people management, accountability, and calm decision-making
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Strong understanding of Middle East culture, stakeholder expectations, and client service standards
  • Highly organized, hands-on, and able to balance strategic oversight with operational execution
  • Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment, including weekends and peak season demands
Compensation & Benefits
  • AED 30,000 per month (all-inclusive)
