Role Purpose
The Head of Marketing will lead the creation of brand credibility, market visibility, and a strong demand-generation engine from inception. This role requires a strategic, hands‑on leader with expertise in luxury branding, performance marketing, and market localization, working closely with digital and design teams to deliver premium brand execution and measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Building & Trust Creation
- Act as the brand ambassador, ensuring credibility, consistency, and trust in the market.
- Position the brand as a luxury, European-inspired, design‑led developer with strong local relevance.
- Develop compelling brand narratives focused on aspiration, reliability, and long‑term value.
Demand Strategy & Funnel Ownership
- Design and manage the full customer journey: Awareness → Consideration → Engagement → Conversion → Advocacy.
- Identify micro‑engagement touchpoints across digital and physical platforms.
- Implement tracking and analytics to monitor behavior and optimize performance.
- Partner with Sales to align marketing output with revenue objectives.
Digital, Social & Physical Presence
- Oversee social media, SEO, website content, digital campaigns, and physical branding initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.
- Localize content while maintaining a premium European design identity.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Lead integrated campaigns for branding, project launches, and sales‑driven initiatives.
- Define media mix, messaging frameworks, and budget allocation.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize ROI.
Sponsorships & Partnerships
- Identify strategic sponsorships aligned with luxury, lifestyle, and culture.
- Build partnerships with media platforms, luxury brands, and cultural institutions.
- Ensure all collaborations enhance brand equity and visibility.
Leadership & Team Building
- Build and lead high‑performing teams across brand, performance, content, and partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Digital for world‑class creative execution.
- Manage agencies, vendors, and consultants effectively.

Qualifications & Experience
- 10–15+ years of senior marketing leadership experience.
- Background in real estate development, luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, or premium brands.
- Proven experience building brands at early or growth stages.
- Strong digital, performance marketing, and analytics expertise.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and execution capability.
