Qualifications

• 8 years of operations or supply chain management experience in beauty, personal care, or FMCG.
• Experience leading operations in a high-growth, digitally native or omnichannel business.
• Proven ability to design and scale operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day operational functions including fulfillment, logistics, and order management.
• Build and manage SOPs, systems, and workflows.
• Oversee last-mile logistics and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams.
• Identify and solve bottlenecks in operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Partner with the customer experience team for post-purchase service.
• Set and monitor KPIs for operational efficiency and performance.
• Build relationships with warehouses and logistics providers.
• Support new market launches.
• Lead and grow a high-performing operations team.
