Job Title: Head of Early Years/Teacher

Start Date: August 2025

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Early Years/Teacher to lead our early childhood education program. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated educator to shape the foundation of young learners’ education while also leading a team of early years teachers. If you are a visionary leader with a deep understanding of early childhood education we want to hear from you! UAE experience is preferable.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum ensuring highquality teaching and learning outcomes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Early Years teachers fostering a collaborative and inspiring teaching environment.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning and development.
• Ensure that the EYFS framework is followed incorporating best practices in early childhood education.
• Monitor and assess student progress ensuring tailored support for individual learning needs.
• Maintain open communication with parents providing updates on student progress and development.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in early childhood education and implement new methodologies where appropriate.
• Collaborate with school leadership to align Early Years education with the overall school vision and goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience within the UK National Curriculum.
• At least 5 years’ experience as Head of Early Years.
• Employment stability is required.
• Native English speaker.
