We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Bartender to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As the Head Bartender, you will lead our bar operations, create innovative cocktails, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

• Oversee bar operations, ensuring excellence in drink preparation and customer service
• Develop and maintain an innovative cocktail menu aligned with our brand concept
• Lead, train, and mentor the bar team, fostering a collaborative environment
• Manage inventory, including stock control, ordering, and cost management
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations
