We are looking for a talented and versatile Hairstylist to join a reputable ladies salon in Al Ain UAE. The ideal candidate should be creative experienced and passionate about hair styling treatments and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional hair services including: haircuts blow-drying coloring highlights keratin/smoothing treatments hair spa and styling.

• Offer basic manicure pedicure facial and nail care services when needed.

• Recommend hairstyles and treatments based on client preferences face shape and hair condition.

• Maintain a clean hygienic and organized workstation and salon tools.

• Stay updated with the latest hair and beauty trends products and techniques.

• Maintain high standards of personal grooming and client interaction.

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and promote client retention.

• Build client loyalty by encouraging return visits and upselling relevant products or services.

• Support team members during peak hours or with salon duties when required.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Basic knowledge of threading waxing or makeup application.

• Skilled in head hand and foot massage techniques for spa treatments.

• Help with reception tasks client check-in and walk-in coordination.

• Upsell salon products and treatments to meet client needs.

Client Interaction & Professionalism: Well-groomed polite and calm under pressure
Strong communication skills and fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
Handles client feedback gracefully and professionally
Maintains salon standards of customer service and appearance Training & Development:

• The salon offers training opportunities to upgrade skills and stay current with new beauty and hair care techniques.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional hairstylist (UAE experience preferred).

• Valid certification in Hair Styling or Beauty Therapy.

• Skilled in hair styling cuts coloring and basic beauty services.

• Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene standards.

• Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).

• Must be in the UAE or ready to relocate with valid documents.
