Job summary

A luxury beach resort in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Reservations Agent to manage inquiries and process room reservations with emphasis on guest satisfaction and revenue maximization. Successful candidates must possess outstanding sales and guest service skills, professional communication skills, and be fluent in both English and Arabic. A minimum of two years' experience in similar roles is essential. The position requires knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office Suite, ensuring seamless coordination with various teams to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Must possess outstanding Sales and guest service skills.
  • Professional presentation and sophisticated communication skills are required.
  • Proficient in English with a second language being an asset; Arabic is a must.
  • 2-year experience in similar positions and customer service is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels professionally.
  • Process room reservations, amendments, and cancellations accurately.
  • Maximize revenue through effective upselling and adherence to rate strategies.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams for seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain knowledge of promotions and Accor loyalty programs.
