Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous hotel or customer-service experience is an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Promptly deliver guest requests such as amenities, linens, and special items.
  • Support both Housekeeping and Front Office by coordinating guest needs.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels of guest amenities.
  • Assist with special room setups or guest preferences.

What will I be doing?

Promptly deliver guest requests such as amenities, linens, and special items, ensuring exceptional service in line with LXR and Hilton brand standards.

Support both Housekeeping and Front Office by coordinating and communicating guest needs efficiently.

Monitor and maintain stock levels of guest amenities, ensuring items are clean, well-presented, and readily available.

Assist with special room setups or guest preferences, paying close attention to detail and personalization.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service and storage areas.

Represent The Mangroves Abu Dhabi with professionalism, courtesy, and a strong guest-focused attitude.
