Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival, providing them with information about the hotel and its amenities.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a swift resolution.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest rooms are prepared to the highest standards.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to provide guests with recommendations.
- Assist in organizing guest activities and events, enhancing their overall experience.
- Collect feedback from guests to improve service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Manage guest accounts and billing inquiries, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to streamline check-in and check-out processes.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service delivery.
