Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Operational Excellence Management role in service industry.
• Achieved Regionally Recognised Excellence Award Assessor is a plus.
• Qualified ISO 9001: 2000 Lead Auditor or certified in Six Sigma is preferable.
