Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience in government, weddings, and MICE segment or in a similar role in a luxury international brand hotel within UAE.
• Good understanding of selling techniques and banquet knowledge.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages—preferably Arabic or Russian—is an advantage.
• Strong foundation in premium and Luxury hotel hospitality.
• Ideally already based in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Handle all leads from the sales team and direct client inquiries regarding group and banqueting requests.
• Maintain a close working relationship with the client from the initial proposal to onsite liaison.
• Liaise with sales account managers on corporate or group issues.
• Ensure that all agreements follow hotel policies and are based on sound commercial judgment.
• Develop professional sales proposals that win business.
