Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Partner with the Group CEO and Board to define long‑term strategic direction and drive shareholder value.
• Capital Allocation: Optimize capital structures across the portfolio, evaluate investment opportunities, M&A, divestitures and fundraising activities.
• Performance Management: Oversee financial planning & analysis (FP&A) budgeting and forecasting across multiple business verticals.
• Risk & Governance: Ensure rigorous internal controls, risk management frameworks and compliance with global standards.
• Investor Relations: Represent the Group to investors, financial institutions and external stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
• Digital Transformation: Champion automation, finance digitization and systems integration across entities.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high‑performing finance team fostering a culture of accountability, agility and excellence.

Requirements

• Education: MBA/CPA/CA from a top‑tier global business school or university. CFA preferred.
