Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years in airline ground operations, ramp, or station operations.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or coordination role.
• Hands-on experience in aircraft turnaround coordination.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations and ground handling standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate aircraft turnarounds at Dubai (DWC).
• Oversee outsourced ground handling services and ramp activities.
• Act as operational interface between ground handling agent and flight crew.
• Monitor operations performance, manage delays, and improve OTP.
• Ensure compliance with Beond procedures and local regulations.
