Black & Grey HR is on the hunt for an exceptionally talented Graphics Designer for our client in the vibrant Entertainment Leisure & Hospitality sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and typography for all company marketing materials. Your role will involve translating brand messaging into engaging visuals across digital and print platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality marketing materials for online and offline channels including social media graphics, websites, advertisements, presentations, and print collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive visual concepts that align with brand identity.
• Utilize industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) to produce innovative designs.
• Apply typography, color theory and design principles to enhance visual appeal and brand recognition.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
• Brainstorm and execute creative concepts that resonate with the company’s target audience.
• Adapt designs for various mediums including digital, print and multimedia projects.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and incorporate modern aesthetics into projects.
• Coordinate print production for event branding, signage and promotional materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 36 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in illustrative design, typography and branding.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Knowledge of CapCut or motion graphics is a plus.
