Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality visual and digital assets for internal campaigns, leadership communications, and digital platforms in line with brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain HTML templates and newsletters to ensure consistent and structured communication.
• Create professional, visually engaging presentations for leadership and organizational initiatives.
• Translate internal messages into clear, engaging, and culturally aligned visuals that support culture and change initiatives.
• Utilize AI design tools, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies, and maintain an organized library of bilingual (Arabic/English) design assets.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – both in Arabic and English
