The ideal candidate can talk strategy with a CEO in the morning and design their corporate identity or launch video in the afternoon.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Setup & Advisory
  • Entity Formation: Guide clients through choosing the right legal structure (LLC, Free Zone, etc.) and handling all government documentation.
  • Licensing: Manage the application process for trade licenses and industry-specific permits.
  • Banking & PRO: Facilitate corporate bank account openings and residency visa processing.
• Creative Strategy & Graphic Design
  • Brand Identity Kits: Design professional logos, letterheads, business cards, and digital assets for newly formed companies.
  • Pitch Decks: Create high-impact PowerPoint or Keynote presentations for clients looking to attract investors or partners.
  • Marketing Collateral: Develop brochures and social media templates that align with the client’s new business activity.
• Video Production & Editing
  • Company Launch Videos: Script, film (if applicable), and edit short-form promotional videos or "explainer" animations for the client's website.
  • Social Media Content: Produce high-energy Reels, TikToks, or LinkedIn video ads to announce the client’s market entry.
  • Post-Production: Handle color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to ensure a premium look for all video deliverables.
• Client Relationship Management
  • Onboarding: Act as the single point of contact from the initial inquiry to the final handover of the trade license and brand assets.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to provide ongoing creative support after the business is officially registered.
