Project Management Graduate
Purpose of the Role

Support project managers and technical teams in planning, coordinating, and delivering multidisciplinary projects. Focus on accurate coordination, documentation, data handling, and proposal support while learning our project management methods. No line‑management or supervisory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project coordination: Assist with planning, scheduling, look‑ahead updates, action logs, decision registers, and meeting minutes.
  • Documentation & reporting: Prepare and maintain design briefs, registers, transmittals, submittal trackers, and progress reports; ensure tidy version control and audit trails.
  • Data & spreadsheets: Build and update spreadsheets for programme, cost, risk, change and reporting; maintain formulas, validations, pivot tables, and clear formatting.
  • Document formatting: Apply house styles and templates across reports, registers, and presentations; proofread for consistency and clarity.
  • Proposals & submissions: Draft and format proposal sections and capability statements; compile curriculum vitae, project sheets, compliance matrices, forms, and submission checklists.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Support communications with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams; schedule workshops and record outcomes.
  • Risk, quality, health, safety and environment: Log risks and mitigation actions; help apply project quality procedures and escalates issues appropriately.
  • Financial support: Assist with monthly reporting inputs, purchase requests, simple cost and cash‑flow updates, and change logs under guidance.
  • Site support: Help with site observations, photo records, snag lists and close‑out packs (as required).
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, quantity surveying, or related field.
  • Clear written and spoken English; confident contributor in meetings.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data validation) and solid Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills (styles, tables, section formatting).
  • Familiarity with project scheduling tools (for example, Microsoft Project or Primavera) is an advantage.
  • Organised, detail‑driven, and able to work across multiple deadlines.
Performance Indicators
  • Timely, accurate trackers, minutes and reports.
  • Clean document control with reliable metadata and versioning.
  • Well‑structured spreadsheets and polished, compliant proposal inputs.
  • Positive feedback from the project team and clients.

Career Path
