The Graduate Fashion Management Trainee will work closelywith the Buying & Design leadership team on strategic initiatives – gaining hands‑on exposure to key functions through a rotational management trainee program. Buying, Merchandising & Product Development
- Handle PLM data entry, approvals, fits, and tech pack creation.
- Assist in order raising (30% accountability) and manage full PO uploads when needed.
- Share tech packs, AI files, and samples with suppliers for development.
- Oversee approvals for products, lab dips, handloom strikes, and styling with the buying team.
- Maintain a product grading library, tracking best and worst sellers.
Market Insights & Business Strategy
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and track pricing trends.
- Analyse sales and trade reports to evaluate category performance.
- Prepare VM Planograms, catalogues, and marketing campaign materials.
- Ensure hygiene of the Range Plan and support seasonal buys.
Stakeholder Coordination & Operations
- Collaborate with Marketing, E‑Commerce, and Visual Merchandisingfor sample management.
- Check GRN status and support product launches with Logistics.
- Communicate with vendors on order status and follow up on outstanding samples.
- Manage shipments with vendors and the imports team.
Administrative & Sample Management
- Prepare products / samples for trade meetings, product reviews, and laydowns, including capturing minutes.
- Oversee sample management, shopping file records, and back‑store organization, ensuring product rails are up to date.
Program Structure
- A rotational Management Trainee (MT) program with stints across buying & design functions providing diverse business exposure.
- Post MT Program : Based on performance, fitment and role availability, the MT will be placed in either of the departments.
Requirements
- Graduating in 2025
- Full‑time Master’s degree holder from a top‑tier fashion institute
- Entry‑level industry experience, such as an internship with a Fashion retailer within relevant functions
- High energy level to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with ambitions to deliver outstanding results
- Excellent strategic mindset and top‑down problem‑solving capabilities, able to think holistically without losing attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills, able to leverage and translate data into easy‑to‑understand briefings that drive impactful business decisions
- Fluency in oral and written English and a role model for our corporate values and leadership behaviours
- Strong Excel modelling skills
