Join AECOMs 2025 Graduate Program

AECOM is seeking a motivated Graduate Consultant - Urban Advisory to join our Urbanism Planning team. This role is designed for recent graduates passionate about shaping cities creating sustainable urban design concepts and supporting the delivery of high-quality projects. Working under the supervision of senior staff you will gain exposure to all stages of Masterplanning and Urban Design projects from concept through to delivery while developing both technical and creative skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn software techniques and systems needed for project delivery.
  • Complete tasks on time be proactive and find clear solutions with guidance.
  • Support research tasks and ensure outputs meet design and sustainability standards.
  • Collect and present public realm design guidelines and sustainability requirements.
  • Prepare site drawings design and detail drawings to the correct scale.
  • Assist in creating diagrams benchmark studies and case studies.
  • Develop clear graphic representations of ideas and design narratives.
  • Produce parts of landscape designs Photoshop plans and Lumion views.
  • Help prepare project documents (SD/DD/CD sets) with support from senior staff.
  • Assist project managers with reports PMPs MoMs and presentation materials.
  • Organise and coordinate site visits for reference and benchmark projects.
  • Help maintain the offices digital and physical library of projects books and resources.
  • Apply quality checks before submitting drawings or documents.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture from an accredited University
  • Candidates must be recent 2024 or 2025 graduates to be eligible for AECOMs Graduate Program.
  • Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) and above.
  • As part of AECOMs commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE labour law only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.
