Your impact

Overview:

The Graduate Civil Engineer will start from the ground up, learning within active infrastructure project environments under the close guidance of senior engineers and site supervision teams. They will observe day‑to‑day site activities, support others in the team, and gradually develop practical skills in construction supervision through structured training and on‑the‑job exposure. This learning‑focused approach ensures the graduate becomes familiar with infrastructure works such as utilities, drainage, earthworks, and road construction, steadily growing in competence and accountability as their confidence and technical capability increase.

Responsibilities:

• Support senior supervisors and engineers across large‑scale infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, drainage networks, and associated civil works.
• Observe site operations and assist with maintaining accurate documentation, daily progress records, materials tracking, and inspection reports.
• Learn to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and key construction supervision procedures under close mentorship.
• Shadow experienced staff to understand quality monitoring, safety compliance, and the coordination interfaces between different infrastructure elements.
• Participate in resolving routine site issues, asking questions to build practical knowledge and technical judgment.
• Gradually take on more responsibility as skills develop, including inspecting small work packages, reviewing method statements, and verifying completed works.
