Position: Grader Operator

Salary: 2000-5000 AED Accommodation And Food

Location : Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate grader to grade surfaces and level earthworks according to project plans and specifications
• Conduct pre and post-operation checks on the grader and report any maintenance or repair needs
• Ensure proper maintenance and storage of equipment
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Participate in training and development programs as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating graders in a construction setting
• Valid UAE driver's license and ability to operate heavy equipment
• Strong understanding of construction safety protocols
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
