Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• ClientCentric Service: Deliver personalized visa consulting services managing the entire tourist visa application process including electronic document collection, online application submissions and followup with relevant embassies or consulates.

• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain longterm relationships with clients by offering ongoing support updates and expert advice on tourist visarelated matters.

• Communication & Client Education: Clearly and effectively communicate with clients providing timely updates educating them on the visa process timelines and requirements to ensure they are fully informed at every step.

• Sales Mindset: Approach each client interaction with a salesdriven mindset focused on achieving sales targets while providing exceptional service and always keeping the best interest of the client at the forefront.

• Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities for continuous process improvement and stay informed of changes in visa regulations and procedures to keep services current and compliant.

• Leverage Technology: To streamline the visa application process utilize digital tools for efficient document management and stay updated with the latest tech advancements to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment and possess a strong clientcentric interpersonal skills. Selfinitiative strong interpersonal communication skills a knack at embracing new technologies and a strong work ethic are essential to excel in this role.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in visa consulting or a related field in an operation &/or sales &/or customer service capacity specifically in tourist visa processing.
• Competent with the array of Microsoft 365 Suite applications (Teams Outlook etc..)

Education:

Minimum University Bachelors degree or higher.

Location:

Ability to relocate to/work in Sharjah United Arab Emirates.

Language:

Fluent written & spoken English (at an advanced Level). Additional language skills are a plus.
