What You will Do:

  • Manage Inbound Leads: Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming B2B inquiries submitted via web form or email - respond promptly, qualify needs, and confirm order requirements.
  • Prepare Accurate Quotes: Work with Sales, Production, and Operations teams to quickly generate precise pricing and sample mock-ups that meet client specifications and budgets.
  • Coordinate with Production and Logistics: Ensure smooth order processing - monitor project timelines, confirm material availability, and communicate status updates to clients to minimize errors and delays.
  • Monitor Performance & Reporting: Maintain and update CRM records with detailed activity logs (experience with HubSpot and Freshdesk is a plus), forecast deal pipelines, and analyze conversion metrics to inform strategic adjustments.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience:
    • Proven track record in sales, ideally in B2B or E-commerce, with a passion for customer relations.
  • Hard Skills
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication - adept at crafting clear, persuasive emails and proposals that address client needs
    • Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot and Freshdesk is a plus).
    • Strong negotiation skills - able to structure deals that meet client requirements while preserving margin integrity and operational feasibility.
    • Technical curiosity - willing to learn print-production processes (UV printing, dye-sublimation, substrate options) to enhance consultative selling.
    • Interest in AI & emerging technologies - eager to explore and apply AI tools to optimize sales workflows and client engagement.
  • Soft Skills
    • Customer-centric mindset - prioritize responsiveness, anticipate client requirements, and follow through to ensure a seamless wholesale experience.
    • Self-motivated & goal-oriented - thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities; capable of managing multiple accounts and deadlines concurrently.
    • Innovative & creative - bring smart, out-of-the-box ideas to scale and optimize inbound processes (e.g., automation, templating, new engagement tactics).
