Qualifications

• Experience in Medical Safety and Ground Safety is essential.
• Worked in an administrative role within an airline safety department.
• Knowledge of safety investigations required by UAE GCAA and ICAO.

Responsibilities

• Undertake a variety of special projects based on emergent trends.
• Co-ordinate administrative services and ensure operational needs are met.
• Support investigation processes and ensure reports meet standards.
• Maintain a central database of safety recommendations and trends.
• Provide support in safety debriefs and coordinate logistics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and audit processes.
• Organise internal and external safety events and training.
• Monitor industry publications to keep the group updated.

Skills

Experience in Medical Safety / Ground Safety

Experience in administrative roles in safety departments

Knowledge of safety investigations

Knowledge of Safety and/or ERP systems

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Report writing and presentation skills
