We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager of Operations to lead and oversee all aspects of hotel operations. The ideal candidate must be a Sri Lankan national with 10-15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with expertise in managing hotel operations. This role demands strong leadership, operational excellence, and a customer-focused approach to ensure the hotel's success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee all day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and overall operational performance.
  3. Manage and mentor department heads, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
  4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  5. Monitor budgets, manage costs, and analyze financial performance to meet revenue targets.
  6. Enhance guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.
  7. Establish and maintain effective relationships with guests, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  8. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the hotel and its services.
  9. Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  10. Regularly review and update operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.
Skills
Requirements
  1. Nationality: Sri Lankan (Only female or male candidates eligible).
  2. Experience: Minimum 10-15 years in the hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  3. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  4. Proven track record of managing hotel operations successfully.
  5. In-depth knowledge of hotel management systems, budgeting, and revenue management.
  6. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to local cultural norms.
  8. Familiarity with the hospitality market in Bangladesh is an advantage.
