Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of UAE/Gulf construction experience; senior roles require 8+ years.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi Building Codes and municipal regulations.
• Excellent English (written & spoken); Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit drawings, BOQs, method statements, and EIAs.
• Oversee daily construction activities and enforce G-license specifications.
• Liaise with authorities to secure necessary permits and G-license endorsements.
• Keep up to date project records: daily reports, progress photos, and closeout files.
