Furniture Assembler | MAF LifeStyle | Supply Chain and Logistics

ROLE SUMMARY

The Furniture Assembler is responsible for overseeing and executing the delivery and installation process on the ground, accompanying drivers to ensure all products are handled, transported, and delivered in line with Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle’s premium standards. The role combines hands‑on delivery and assembly duties with customer interaction, ensuring each order is completed with accuracy, care, and exceptional service.

ROLE PROFILE

• Serve as the main customer point of contact during delivery, maintaining professional and courteous communication.
• Participate directly in loading, transportation, delivery, and installation of furniture items.
• Conduct pre‑delivery and post‑installation inspections to ensure all items are damage‑free and customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Report any product or installation issues promptly and assist in documenting incidents or damages.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies during delivery and installation activities.
• Ensure every delivery meets the brand’s standards, from product handling to final setup and presentation in the client’s home.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the delivery process, proactively addressing client questions, ensuring satisfaction, and representing the brand with professionalism.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school certificate.
• 1-2 years’ industry experience in delivery or installation — preferably in luxury furniture or home décor.
• Delivery Experience is required.
• Carpentry Experience is required.
• Excellent to Fluent English.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
