Roles & Responsibilities – FRONT OFFICE CUM ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR
  • Supporting in Recruitment requirements
  • Supporting in Insurance Renewals
  • Flight ticket bookings, coordination for Airport pick up and Drop
  • General coordination for Company car use
  • ADDC, DEWA – payment process, handling issues related to the same (if arrises)
  • Accommodation – Maintenance
  • Car, Bus service, repair, maintenance – Coordination
  • Vehicle Registration, Renewal, fine payments, Tracking
  • Other Country Visa Process - If any request arrises from Sales team
  • Updating employe documents/ records in GreytHR as well as updating renewed Visa details
  • Stationary, Pantry - Items Purchase
  • OVERTIME FOR DRIVERS
  • GATEPASS JAFZA
  • ASSIST BOSS FOR MEETING
  • COORDINATE AND REPORT ANY MAINTENACE WORK NEEDED FOR OFFICE
  • MONITOR CLEANLINESS IN OFFICE AND R&D
  • Any other work given from time to time in line with business requirements
