Job summary

A prominent property management company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to support the Business Finance Manager in driving financial strategy and business portfolio optimization. The ideal candidate will have a degree in finance or a related field, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, and conducting financial analyses to support business objectives. This role offers a chance to contribute significantly in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
  • Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
  • Exposure to capital expenditure analysis is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes for the Property function.
  • Prepare financial analyses and reports for portfolio reviews.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as requested by management.
  • Prepare KFR reports and dashboards regularly.
  • Track and report Capex cash requirements.
  • Assist with reconciliations of assets and savings.
