The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching young athletes, with the ability to develop technical, tactical, and physical aspects of the game in a structured and motivating environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality football training sessions for students across different age groups.
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and a healthy lifestyle.
• Develop players’ technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical fitness.
• Organize and manage school team selections, matches, and tournaments.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing of all players during sessions.
• Coordinate with PE staff and school leadership on sports programming.
• Participate in school events, sports days, and extracurricular activities.

Requirements

• Recognized coaching qualification (e.g., UEFA C/B License, FA Level 2 or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years’ coaching experience, ideally within a school or youth academy setting.
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
