The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in food production, possess Level 2 Food Safety Training, and be fluent in English. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, collecting food samples, and verifying compliance with food safety standards. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years general experience in a similar position.
• Experience in food production or related field.

Responsibilities

• Verify CCPs, OPRPs, and PRPs to ensure food safety standards.
• Conduct Food Safety inspections and prepare deviation reports.
• Conduct Toolbox Talks on food safety practices.
• Collect food samples for microbiology analysis.
• Verify sources of foreign objects and mitigate incidents.
• Participate in monthly staff camp inspections.
