A leading hospitality business in Dubai is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to supervise and coordinate service operations, train staff, and ensure high-quality standards.   • Train mentor and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service and adhere to company policies
  • Manage staff schedules assignments and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations hygiene standards and alcohol service laws
  • Monitor inventory levels place orders and control costs while maintaining product quality
  • Handle customer inquiries feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations and timely food delivery
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures for all food and beverage items

Qualifications

  • Proficient in the English language (verbal & written) second language is an asset.
