Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Export Sales Manager of FMCG products to lead our business development and export sales efforts across the GCC region. The role will focus on identifying new market opportunities, building distributor and wholesale networks, and managing key accounts to achieve consistent revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts in the region and build and maintain long-term relationships
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing structures to maximize profitability.
  • Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve growth targets across GCC countries.
  • Conduct regular market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and consumer demand.
  • Ensure compliance with GCC market regulations, customs, and export requirements.
Key Deliverables
  • Achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Expansion of distributor and wholesale network within GCC countries.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction and strong client relationship
Qualifications
  • We are open to any level of experience in export sales within GCC in FMCG products via various channels
  • Fluent in English and Arabic is a must.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within GCC.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute export strategies and achieve sales growth
  • Experience with customs procedures, export documentation, and GCC regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain or similar
