A Dubai-based design and build firm is seeking a Fit-out Project Manager to oversee all exterior works of luxury villas from planning to handover. The successful candidate will manage project budgets, ensure HSE compliance, and coordinate with various teams to guarantee high-quality workmanship. A degree in Civil Engineering, along with 5+ years of relevant experience specializing in luxury villas and knowledge of UAE construction standards, is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in fit-out or interior construction.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and consultants’ requirements.
• Experience in luxury villas and high-end residential projects.

Job Description

• Manage and oversee all exterior works of luxury villas from planning to handover, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of external works.
• Monitor project progress, control costs, manage variations, and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure HSE compliance, conduct regular site inspections, and maintain high-quality workmanship aligned with luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Open to Male Arabic and Asian Nationals, 50 years and below.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in fit-out or interior construction for luxury villa & high-end residential projects, with strong exposure to exterior works.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, consultants’ requirements, and authority approvals.
