Job summary

A leading fire safety service provider in Dubai is seeking a Fire Alarm Technician to manage the installation and maintenance of various fire safety systems. Candidates should possess a Diploma/ITI certificate in Electrical or Electronics, with at least two years of relevant experience. Excellent communication in English and Hindi is required, along with knowledge of fire alarm and emergency lighting systems. This is a full-time position aimed at ensuring safety standards in the project facilities.

Qualifications

• Two years relevant experience in the installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
• Excellent communication skills in reading and writing.
• Knowledge of fire alarm and emergency lighting systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend to repair, installation, and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
• Conduct inspection and testing of emergency lighting systems.
• Monitor and report equipment malfunctions.

Job description

Fire Alarm Technician

Responsibilities

• Attend to Repair Installation and Maintenance of Fire Alarm Voice Evacuation Emergency Lighting systems.
• Fire/Emergency Lighting system cabling loop continuity test loop fault tracing & rectification .
• Exposed GI conduits installations cable tray installations Concrete slabs PVC conduits installations
• Conduct inspection and testing of Fire Alarm Voice Evacuation Emergency Lighting systems to ensure they are working properly at all times.
• Monitors records and reports all equipment malfunctions.
• Assigns work orders for repairs as needed by supervisor/manager; performs other duties as assigned.
• Ability to multi task especially for Fire Fighting systems
• Follow the required procedures and HSE policies while performing the work .
• Daily report to supervisor.
• Perform any other tasks requested in order to assure the project facility is properly maintained.

Qualifications & Experience

• Two years relevant experience in Installation Maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems
• Diploma/ITI Certificate holder in Electrical/Electronics
• Excellent communication skills read & write.
