GreenMe is a startup Fintech company being established in Abu Dhabi looking to aid companies in becoming more energy efficient and sustainable. Key Responsibilities
Project & Product Delivery
  • Lead the full lifecycle of platform development from MVP concept to deployment and scaling.
  • Translate business and financial requirements into clear technical specifications for developers.
  • Manage agile ceremonies and maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Benchmark the tool against another technologies and services and find the gaps between the clients and the product.
  • Continuous upgrade for the for the product according to the market need.
Banking & Institutional Communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with partner banks and financial institutions.
  • Coordinates technical integration of banks and financial institutions.
  • Facilitate alignment between technical teams and banking compliance teams.
  • Support drafting of technical documentation and architecture diagrams for partner reviews.
Blockchain & Technology Exploration
  • Collaborate with developers and consultants to explore blockchain use cases in green finance, including carbon credit tokenization, smart contracts for energy savings, and data traceability.
  • Evaluate emerging blockchain tools and their applicability to GreenMes ecosystem.
  • Support pilot testing and proof‑of‑concept projects integrating blockchain into core workflows.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • ensure interoperability across modules.
  • Track progress through project management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Trello) and prepare executive updates.
Regulatory & Compliance Support
  • Collaborate with compliance officers and legal advisors to align with FSRA requirements.
  • Document key processes for operational risk and governance reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or Business (Masters preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in FinTech, banking technology, or digital transformation.
  • Proven track record in MVP development , agile project delivery, and platform launches.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations , data architecture, and product lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with blockchain technologies , digital ledgers, or smart contract systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with financial institutions.
  • Experience working with ADGM, FSRA , or other financial regulators is a plus.
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile / Scrum certification preferred.
