Role Overview

We are looking for a Financial Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting day-to-day financial and accounting operations across all departments. You will report to our Head Of Finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle daily accounting and financial administration tasks
  • Record and track daily expenses and maintain accurate financial reports
  • Process, create, and manage invoices (including Amazon, Noon, agents, off-plan/SP invoices, etc.)
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, budget tracking, and basic financial analysis
  • Scan, organise, and safely maintain invoices, receipts, and expense records
  • Support operational and financial activities for all departments
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles
  • Experience with invoicing and financial administrative tasks
  • 1–2 years of experience in real estate accounting
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in finance and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Professional finance or accounting certifications are a plus
