Exciting Opportunity for Financial Analyst – Corporate Finance (Automotive Industry)

Are you a detail-oriented Financial Analyst looking to grow your career in a dynamic automotive corporate environment? Ali & Sons Group is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities while providing meaningful insights to support strategic decision‑making across our automotive operations.

This role offers strong exposure to business performance analysis, financial reporting, and engagement with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Monitor financial performance and identify trends, variances and improvement opportunities
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
• Analyze revenue, cost structures, margins and operational KPIs related to automotive operations
• Assist in preparing management reports and presentations for senior leadership
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data within ERP and reporting systems
• Support audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial inputs and clarify variances
• Assist in evaluating business cases, investments and cost‑optimization initiatives
• Perform ad‑hoc financial analysis and other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• Certification: CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA or CFA (preferred)
• Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting or corporate finance
• Skills & Abilities: Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools; ERP system experience preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain financial data to non‑finance stakeholders
• Automotive industry experience is an advantage
