• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Finance Functional Consultant or in a similar finance role.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their financial management requirements.
• Analyze existing financial processes and provide recommendations.
• Assist in the implementation and configuration of financial software solutions.

Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Financials (Cloud) modules

In-depth understanding of financial processes

Experience in end-to-end finance ERP implementations

Strong skills in SQL

Excellent stakeholder management

Knowledge of integration points between finance modules and other ERP modules

Experience in financial reporting

Experience in post-implementation support

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
