A leading fintech SaaS company in Dubai is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the hotel billing and revenue flow design by working directly with the founder and domain teams. This role requires 8-15 years of experience in hotel revenue management and a strong understanding of billing models within the GCC hospitality market. The ideal candidate will have the ability to analyze commission structures, identify revenue leakage, and design scalable models that enhance efficiency and reduce disputes. This is a leadership role focused on system-driven operational models.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in hotel revenue, distribution, or hotel finance.
• Strong exposure to GCC hospitality markets.
• Hands-on experience with corporate, TMC, and negotiated-rate billing models.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end billing flows for corporate negotiated rates and TMC-managed bookings.
• Identify revenue leakage and discrepancies in billing processes.
• Act as the hospitality revenue domain owner for product validation.

Role Overview

This is adomain-heavy, founder-facing leadership rolefocused on fixing one of the most broken areas in hospitality:hotel revenue billing, commissions, and reconciliation.

You will work directly with thefounder, product, and domain teamsto decode real-worldhotel–TMC–corporate billing flows, identify revenue leakage, and help designscalable, system-driven operating modelsthat eliminate disputes, delays, and manual dependencies.

This isnot a traditional revenue management role.

It is a build-the-operating-model role, grounded in commercial, financial, and system realities.

Key Responsibilities

Hotel Billing & Revenue Flow Design

• Map end-to-end billing flows forcorporate negotiated rates, TMC-managed bookings, MICE, and long-stay contracts
• Identify breakdowns acrossinvoice generation, commission calculation, and settlement cycles
• Document current-state vs ideal-state revenue and billing workflows

Commission & Reconciliation Expertise

• Analyse commission models includingOnyx, bill-back, overrides, and manual processes
• Identify sources ofrevenue leakage, disputes, and delayed recoveries
• Design idealcommission calculation, invoicing, and settlement flowsthat are system-ready

Product & Market Validation

• Act as thehospitality revenue domain ownerfor the product
• Validate whether proposedinvoice–payment–reconciliation modelsare operationally feasible for hotels
• Supporthotel pilots, discovery sessions, and real customer conversations
